Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vid2U website at vid2u.app, the Vid2U mobile applications, and all related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Wiin, Ltd., a Delaware corporation, United States ("Vid2U", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vid2U lets you create videos using artificial intelligence, including text-to-video generation, templates, business effects and speech effects. Some features consume "coins", a virtual credit used within the Service, and some features require an active premium subscription.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make purchases. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, coins and billing

• Plans. We offer auto-renewing subscription plans (such as weekly, monthly and yearly) and one-time coin packs. Current prices are shown on our pricing page before you buy.
• Payment processing. Web purchases are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles the checkout, issues the invoice or receipt for your purchase and processes applicable taxes. Purchases made inside our mobile apps are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their respective terms.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that.
• Coins. Coins are a limited, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and, unless required by law, expire or are revoked when the related subscription ends or is refunded, or when your account is terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable notice before a change affects an active subscription.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• impersonates a real person, or uses a real person's face, voice or likeness without their consent (including deceptive "deepfake" content);
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or harms minors in any way;
• harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against anyone;
• infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• spreads deceptive or misleading material presented as genuine (for example fabricated news, records or evidence).

You also agree not to interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, resell the Service, or use automated means to bulk-generate content in violation of these Terms. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content and generated output

You keep ownership of the material you upload (such as images, audio and prompts). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and process that material solely to provide the Service, including sending it to the third-party AI providers that power generation. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of third parties, you may use the videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including software, design, templates and trademarks — belongs to Wiin, Ltd. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors (Paddle, Apple, Google), sign-in providers and AI model providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing output before using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiin, Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12) survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
