This Privacy Policy explains how Wiin, Ltd. ("Vid2U", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation, United States, collects, uses and shares personal data when you use vid2u.app, the Vid2U mobile applications and related services (the "Service"). We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where they apply.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data. When you sign in (for example with a Google account), we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and we assign your account an internal user ID.
  • Content you provide. Prompts, images, audio and other material you upload or enter to generate videos, and the videos you generate.
  • Purchase data. Records of your subscriptions, coin purchases and coin balance. Payments are processed by our merchant of record Paddle (for web purchases) or by Apple/Google (for in-app purchases). We never receive or store your full card details.
  • Usage and device data. Pages viewed, features used, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Support communications. Messages you send our support team.

2. How we use data

  • to provide the Service, including generating your videos;
  • to process purchases, fulfil subscriptions and manage coin balances;
  • to operate, secure and improve the Service and fix problems;
  • to measure marketing and understand how the Service is used;
  • to communicate with you about your account and purchases;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the providers we use to run the Service:

  • Payment and billing: Paddle.com (merchant of record for web purchases), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google (in-app purchases).
  • Sign-in and infrastructure: Google Firebase (authentication) and our hosting providers.
  • AI processing: the third-party AI model providers that generate videos from the content you submit. Your uploads and prompts are sent to them only to produce your requested output.
  • Analytics and advertising measurement: Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel and Meta (Facebook Pixel).
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences and analytics. You can limit cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working without them.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your sign-in provider.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via our customer support page. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this Policy was last revised.
