This policy explains when purchases on vid2u.app can be refunded. The Service is operated by Wiin, Ltd. Web purchases are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which issues your receipt and processes any refund back to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
- If something isn't working or the Service doesn't match what was described, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan and we will make it right — including a full refund where appropriate.
- Renewal charges can be refunded if you request it within 14 days of the renewal date and you have not substantially used the Service in the new billing period.
- Cancelling is not the same as a refund: you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings, keep access until the end of the paid period, and simply not be charged again.
- If a plan starts with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
Coin packs
- One-time coin packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the coins have not been spent.
- Coins that have already been spent on video generation cannot be refunded, because the computing cost of generation is incurred immediately. When a subscription purchase is refunded, the coins it granted are removed.
How to request a refund
- Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or use the links in that receipt — Paddle handles refund processing for all web purchases; or
- contact us through our customer support page with the email you purchased with and the approximate purchase date.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Purchases made in the mobile apps
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are charged by Apple/Google and follow their refund processes. Please request those refunds directly from Apple or Google.
Fair use
We may decline refunds where we see abuse — for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or generating large volumes of content before requesting a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
